We believe that doing so would compromise our integrity as managers. We want to invest your money in one or more of our programs in such a manner that it gives you the maximum benefit from our management approach. The principals of the company have investments in all programs.

Fees for each calendar quarter are payable in advance based on the value of assets in the managed account. They are calculated at Net Asset Value (NAV) at the end of the preceding calendar quarter. The value is multiplied by the annualized rate shown in the fee table below, divided by 365 and multiplied by the days in the coming quarter. Partial quarters are pro-rated according to the number of days services are provided.
